Hamburg, 13 October 2026 – One API and a team workspace route every request to the best-suited model, hosted on the GPU class that suits it, with a Sovereign mode that keeps data inside the EU.
CYANIS AI, the Hamburg-based sovereign neocloud for ultra low-latency inference and agentic AI, today launched CYANIS Cloud. Companies can now use it directly: through one API for their own applications, and through the CYANIS Workspace for their teams.
Most companies send every AI request to a frontier model and pay frontier prices for all of it, including the large share of requests a smaller model answers just as well. CYANIS Cloud changes that. Its orchestration platform (patent pending) analyses each request, routes it to the best-suited model and runs that model on the GPU class that suits it. Only the requests that genuinely need a frontier model go to one. In testing, this complexity routing cut the compute required by up to 72 % at 79.5 % benchmark retention.
How it works
- One API: existing applications switch to CYANIS Cloud by changing the endpoint; their interfaces stay as they are
- CYANIS Workspace: a team workspace that routes every request automatically and shows the cost saving, request by request and in total
- Routing modes: Auto, Balanced, STEM, Cost-optimised and Sovereign, which never routes outside the EU. A Green mode, routing only to confirmed green compute, will follow
- Models: open-weight models from the Mistral family are live, alongside frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic; further providers will follow
Pricing
Customers top up CYANIS credits in euros and pay as they go: the credits pay for the tokens of whichever model answers, at that model's list price plus a 5 % orchestration fee. The saving comes from the routing. Per-seat subscriptions for the CYANIS Workspace will follow.
Built for low latency, without carrying the hardware
CYANIS AI is a software company. The capacity behind CYANIS Cloud is structured asset-light: partners build and finance it at sites where the power already is, from households to energy sites. Seven signed letters of intent give CYANIS AI access to more than 1 GW of power across more than 150 sites in Germany. Serving inference close to the user is what makes low latency possible: in testing, routing between countries alone cut the median time to first token by 28 %.
"Companies have accepted paying frontier prices for every AI request, simple or hard. They don't have to anymore. CYANIS Cloud sends each request to the model it actually needs, keeps sovereign workloads in Europe and shows the saving on every answer. Today any company can switch it on."
Alexander Owolabi, Founder & CEO, CYANIS AI"We built CYANIS Cloud so that switching costs a developer minutes, not a migration project. The routing runs on every request, and the team sees what it saved, answer by answer."

About CYANIS AI
CYANIS AI is a European neocloud for low-latency inference and agentic AI. Its orchestration platform (patent pending) turns distributed compute, placed where the power already is, into one sovereign inference service. CYANIS AI is headquartered in Hamburg. Its infrastructure build-out is asset-light: partners build and finance the hardware, and CYANIS AI orchestrates it.
