Accelerating Europe's Sovereign AI Compute Capacity

One API, one SLA. The proprietary CYANIS™ platform routes every workload across distributed compute by complexity, latency, sovereignty and energy availability, deployed where power already exists.

What the platform measured

Above 96%
cross-server scaling efficiency, including a 675B-parameter model
150 ms
or 28%, lower median time to first token from regional placement
19,468
requests with zero errors under deliberate full saturation
Up to 72%
lower compute at the measured high-offload operating point, with about 79.5% benchmark retention

Measured during the July 2026 Alpha on European cloud infrastructure across two independent providers. The compute figure is benchmark-derived from the measured routing distribution and model memory footprints, and is always quoted together with its retention.

The Platform

CYANIS AI Nest: the sovereign AI Cloud

CYANIS™ AI Nest is the orchestration, control and customer layer. Customers send a request and receive a response; they never manage GPUs, models or sites. The platform decides, per request, which site, which hardware, which model and at what cost, within the customer's quality, latency and residency thresholds.

Energy-aware placement

Compute runs as a flexible, grid-supportive load, matched to local generation, storage state and available connection capacity.

Right-sized models

Requests are matched to the smallest model tier that clears the quality bar, so customers stop paying large-model prices for small-model tasks.

Sovereignty by placement

EU and in-country data residency is enforced by the routing policy itself.

One API, one SLA

A distributed fleet behaves as a single enterprise service with metered or reserved pricing.

Trust Patent pending since November 2025 on the orchestration of energy-linked, distributed AI infrastructure; further invention families instructed. Vendor-agnostic architecture, validated on NVIDIA L4 and H100; AMD planned. Deeper technical detail is available under NDA.
Software first Software is what we build and what our patent strategy protects. Hardware is a means to an end: CYANIS™ specifies the deployment units and stands them up efficiently with integration partners, while third-party capital finances and owns most of the fleet in ring-fenced project companies.
The Architecture

One platform.
Three classes of sites.

CYANIS AI Nest is the constant; the sites are interchangeable substrate. From grid-scale energy sites to household PV-and-battery systems, every deployment runs the same software and fills one capacity pool.

Orchestration Layer

The CYANIS AI Nest unifies every node into one intelligent network: workload placement, model tiers, sovereignty policy, energy-aware load management and commercial APIs. This layer is the company’s core asset and the subject of its patent filings.

How it works

For compute customers

From request to response

1

Send a request to the CYANIS API, or reserve dedicated capacity.

2

The platform places it: right model tier, right location, inside your residency, latency and quality policy.

3

Receive the response under one SLA, with transparent per-use or reserved pricing.

For site and energy partners

From site to revenue

1

Qualify your site: C&I assets and energy sites with existing power, grid connection and connectivity.

2

CYANIS™ specifies the deployment and stands it up efficiently with integration partners.

3

Your site earns from hosted compute as a grid-supportive load.
